A Electronic cigarette and up to forty replacement nicotine cartridges may be purchased for personal use only. Electronic cigarettes with no nicotine cartridges (cannot mention any therapeutic properties) can be marketed in Switzerland. Distributors must take necessary measures to ensure product safety and compliance.
